My name is Seyma, that's pronounced shay-ma / Shama. My dad was in the U.S. Army so we had a chance to travel all around the world. I love music, all kinds (Hip Hop, rap, R & B, pop, Rock, techno, you name it!). I used to host World Cafe, Turkish Delight, and Rangeela Sangeet (Bollywood Music), and filled in for other formats (Reggae, Latin, Afterhours) at WKNC 88.1FM here at NCSU from 1997-2000.

I love to cook. I took classes in High school while in Germany to be a chef. Later in life I found a passion for computers, math, and university life. I work full time at NC State.

I have 2 sons who are amazing and brighten my world.
